Before Candia.AI, Oscar spent three decades in IT delivery — leading application development, infrastructure, and global delivery programs as a project manager across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. That career was built on running multi-functional teams split across onshore and offshore locations, keeping delivery on schedule across time zones, cultures, and stakeholders.
Candia.AI is that same discipline turned on personal projects: every app here has a real backend, real payments, and real people using it — not a landing page waiting for traction. When something breaks, it gets patched the same day, not filed for next quarter's sprint.
